We were thankful to have found Lisa at the Sun City location. Since social distancing was in place, we needed help to get full custody of our grandson. She was able to take care of our issues and handle the case in a timely matter. She even informed the court that we were moving as that is a requirement for the courts when awarded custody. I called to make an appt. to go over a case. The lady that answered the phone took my information, I told her my issue and she guaranteed that I would be called back. I was never called back. Will be seeking another firm who will take my case.

I called this office seeking a consult for a couple general questions. It was nothing major, simply needing clarification on the law and estimate on filing with the court on our case. The secretary was very sweet and nice, however the lawyer Heather was not friendly; was rude and defensive from the start. Not a good first impression so the Receptionist recommended Zach and assured me he was very friendly and personable. Note: I had expressed to the receptionist my impression of Heather. So, we rescheduled, twice, with Zach. She did NOT mention that Heather and Zach were married. While speaking to Zach, he was very rude, as well! Our case was small beans for him and I am sure he was not pleased that I did not care for his wife's stuffy attitude. Each of these two lawyers give snotty remarks and responses which is NOT how you deal with potential clients that are expected to pay YOU thousands of dollars. I have spoken and worked with MANY lawyers in the past 20 years with a different family case, and these two rank at the bottom for me. Clearly, they do not need or want our business. Be aware that they do not offer paralegal filing service for smaller cases that do not require a $5,000 retainer and $375/hr.

I contacted Mushkatel, Robbins and Becker after "googling" attorney's in Sun City AZ on behalf of my elderly Mother. Lisa Misner-Skozen handled my Mother's legal matters. The compassion and professionalism Lisa showed through out her legal matters were 5 star. The generosity of Mr. Mushkatel was unheard of and my entire family will ever be truly be grateful. The office staff was responsive and informative any time we had questions. They made it convenient as much as possible during the pandemic. I would highly recommend Mushkatel, Robbins & Becker if you are looking for professional, caring attorney's and help with your legal matters.
