This law firm is very professional and respectful of their clients. Emilee at the Surprise office was always cheerful and efficient as a first contact in the front office or answering a telephone call and relaying messages. Matthew Gobbato is an amazing attorney. His professional guidance, expediency with information, time explaining legal documents and processes and following through with court recordings took a lot of stress off me. He is compassionate, patient, detailed and readily got back to me if he wasn't available at the time I tried to contact him. I would highly recommend Matthew to handle your legal affairs and know you will be treated with respect, not intimidated and is there for you. I contacted this firm to help with a real estate matter for my son and was made an appointment right away for a consultation. We met with attorney Matthew Gabbato. He was very honest and professional and thorough. Not only did he help us but he put our minds at ease. He is very quick to respond to calls and emails. This was something that was quite urgent and he handled it right away. I have worked as a paralegal for years and Matt is the attorney you want!!

Helpful staff!

I called in to the office in hope of finding an attorney that is able to take on my suit I am looking to file. I spoke with the receptionist, explained all the details and what I was looking for. She was empathetic and actually listened (this is the 4th office I have called and none of the people I spoke with seemed to care) and she advised me they do not handle that type of law here but referred me to a "help line". Although I did not use this office, I can tell they are good at what they do and actually care. The womans name was Liz and she was more help than I've received this far.

Called 2 weeks ago and was told I need to wait until September 5th to get a consult. I waited and Attorney Heather B never called. I called at 230 pm and spoke to Office Manager Kelly M and she started making excuses and thentried to turn it around so I was wrong. All I wanted to do is give them some business and because they overscheduled and are very unorganized they tried to make it look like I messed up. THIS IS AN OMEN NOT TO USE THEM ANDI SUGGEST YOU FIND SOMEONE DIFFERENT. THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED AND BLAME DRIVEN

Disappointing and Unprofessional Referred to this Firm by another Attorney. Contacted them for a consultation. Scheduled a telephone consultation. We were told we would be called at the appointed time. Sent two emails with documents critical to the discussion as preparatory information for the consultation. I stated that I expected to pay for the consultation. No response to either email. Appointed time for the consultation came and went as my wife and I sat waiting. I called ten minutes later. Receptionist put me on hold immediately upon answering without me being able to utter a word. On hold for three minutes. Without introduction the Attorney we were to consult with answered. She listened briefly, stated she was too busy to have read either of the emails, and then told us our concern was not in her area of practice. She was unhelpful, had no suggestion regarding a subsequent referral and seemed irritated when I asked her for the phone number of a help line she had mentioned. She chose to correct me on a term I used although she stated she was "not competent" to answer a very simple question I asked. The impression we were left with from the experience was that the Attorney would never have called us although we had a scheduled consultation, the receptionist was rude and in the split second that I heard her voice before the instantaneous hold, sounded aggravated that I had called, and the Attorney could not wait to end our call and get on with more important business than ours. All of this could have been avoided and my wife and I could have saved a lot of time and effort, had this Firm told me our issue was outside of their area of practice when I first called, when I described our issue, and scheduled the Consultation and sent the emails that clearly established the nature of the issue. The experience was very unmannerly, of very low professional standard and disrespectful.
