Where do I begin? Scott Redmon has been such a blessing. After experiencing the worst night of my life from getting a DUI, I called Scott and Mr. Harwin the next morning. I have never been in trouble with the law for any reason and I was absolutely terrified and ashamed. Scott and Mr. Harwin were able to see me later that afternoon and they instantly put me at ease. They assured me that I was not the first good person to get a DUI and that I would be in good hands with them; and they were absolutely right! They were very knowledgeable and were able to calm my anxiety as much as possible. Scott was able to get my charges reduced to reckless driving with no jail time, no interlock device, no suspension of my license, and no humiliation of having a DUI on my record. Throughout the process, their team did a great job of communicating with me and keeping me informed. I cannot stress enough how grateful we are to this law firm for all of their help and comfort during this extremely difficult time. I find myself struggling to write this review for Scott Redmon. My struggle is in trying to find the words that come close to expressing how much our family appreciates the hard work, guidance, honesty, and encouragement Scott provided during one of the most difficult times this family has gone through. The only word I can come up with is blessed. We were blessed to have found Scott in the sea of “stereotypical, give me your money and take a number” lawyers. We were blessed to have his ear, his heart, his guidance, and his diligence through this unknown and high risk maze we were navigating. Finally, we were blessed to have the outcome of a full dismissal in the extremely difficult Marana court! Our 20 year old son is a first responder and was charged with a DUI in Marana. Our son’s career could have been over before it started. Unlike most other attorneys, Scott makes a personal connection with his clients. He is very calming, professional, and responsive. Scott specializes in defending first responders, professionals, and others whose careers are dependent on a clean record and more negatively impacted by a DUI. Scott worked with us to clearly set expectations and understand the process. Whenever we asked for a call or a meeting, he was exceptionally responsive, positive, and personally connected (you will not be made to feel like a number, or more specifically $$). Scott was able to prove the officer had no grounds for the stop, and had made several other mistakes during the stop and in his report. The case was completely dismissed! In summary, I believe we were truly blessed to find Scott. We cannot thank him enough for fighting for our son, his career, and the communities he has, and will continue to serve. We can’t recommend Scott enough. He can’t guarantee and outcome like ours, but no matter what the outcome, you will know that Scott will have done absolutely everything possible to get you the very best outcome possible.

Do not use this service you are better of just finding your own lawyer. I paid the fee to get a consultation and the lawyer didn't want to take my case so that was a complete waste of time and money. I was given another lawyers number and he has yet to return my call. They just take your money I ended up finding a great lawyer on craigslist of all places. Brenda is rude I didn't get her message because I work duh and her attitude was very poor. Now I know why they don't offer refunds I would want free money too. If I could give it no stars I would.

Mike Boreale and Samit Bhalala were an excellent team as they helped me successfully navigate a complex situation through the court system. Good service. It was worth the $35 fee to get legal advice. But be aware that if you are pursuing a small claim, the attorney will listen for a few minutes and basically tell you they cannot help you even though you do have a legit case.
