My son was moving across the country to NY with his mother. My ex-wife and I get along but her moving across the country was very stressful. We needed a parenting plan, something I had never thought of before. There are so many things to consider. How much time do parents usually share custody? Visitation, holiday schedule, health insurance…etc. I was seriously losing sleep over this situation! Petersen Law Firm showed us this process is nothing to lose sleep over! Dishonest and lazy attorney. Manufactured billable hours. Quit representation when I questioned her about the lack of transparency. Treated me as if I was criminal. Don't recommend any man especially one of color use this firm.
