My husband and I had an amazing experience with Ms. Caterina S. Kretz and her team. We had a lot of questions and concerns regarding the immigration process and from the moment we spoke with her, we felt very comfortable. She told us how the process would work and included every detail. Once we hired her, she filed all the paperwork and made sure everything was in order. Her team was always on top of things regarding photos, fingerprints and any other materials that were needed. Once they had everything, all we needed to do was to wait for the interview. Days before the interview, Ms. Kretz went through the whole interview process which put us at ease. She had prepared us so well that the day of the interview it felt like a breeze. You hear so many stories regarding immigration and how difficult it can be. My husband and I couldn’t believe how well it went. We are very grateful for Cathy and Jennifer and their hard work especially working through the pandemic. We were referred to her by a trusted friend who also went through the same process. They were very pleased and now I can see why. I definitely recommend Caterina S. Kretz, immigration attorney. Excellent work!

Found them difficult to work with when it actually came down to all the case details. I feel asthough we were ripped off because they didn't listen very well, and continued to charge us as they asked the same question, three times over again, even 4 times once. This happened on several occasions, where I think, they think, we were not paying much attention. . . But we were. They're nice people don't get me wrong, but they could have payed more attention, and they could have have done more to ensure that we as clients were not stressed.. But instead they caused it for us just in their casual way of handling business. It's not casual for people who are paying thousands of dollars for this service... so sorry if I didn't give more stars for being "nice" alone. There were definitely a few times when me and my husband said to eachother " if we didn't already start the process with them we would go to someone else" .. Just to put it into perspective. Definitely explore all your options and price points before settling on these guys. They got the job done, so in a way I feel bad for complaining, but it was stressful wondering if they were going to keep missing things we have already told them multiple times. Currently, my husband's frustrations lay in this game of phone tag. Not the best at getting back to you in a timely manner, so if that bothers you, definitely something to consider.

Have contacted this attorney’s office 5 times in the past 3 weeks to try and hire an immigration lawyer. My calls go to a receptionist that keeps saying someone will get back to me and no one ever does. Are they even in business still? Do they even want jobs anymore? Had to find a different immigration attorney. One that you know you can actually get a hold of when you need them.

Cathy S Kretz and Jennifer Loveless were phenomenal . From the very first visit, (this is where we decided to hire them),throughout the process , right to the last email. Cathy is very knowledgeable, professional and way ahead of her game. During this process, one tends to feel nervous and out of their comfort zone, but she always tended to soften that stress. They were also Always just a call away and responded in a short time to an email. I highly recommend this company and especially Cathy. Superb law firm, especially attorney Caterina Kretz and paralegal assistant Jennifer Loveless. Cathy deserves a 100 stars , for the awesome work she did in resolving my immigration issue. I found myself in a very unique and difficult situation, that required the services of an immigration expert, which I found in Cathy . Thru her excellent knowledge of immigration law, she applied for my ''green card'' and had it approved, using a very rare and seldom used exception . The processing time from the application to the delivery of my ''green card'', took a little over one year. Cathy's caring, reassurances and professionalism was evident from the very first time we met.

She also discussed what responses can be expected from USCIS and gave a couple of scenarios so that there would be no surprises. Before the interview, we again went over the documents and some questions that the agent might ask, given our situation. Cathy and her team’s expertise combined with their thoroughness and diligence helped us receive a favorable outcome just a few months after the application.

I called this afternoon to schedule an appointment. The lady answer the phone stat I should make payment then I able to schedule appointment with Mathew Greens. I never hear any law firm have this requirement to schedule appointment. I decide to go to another firm. That is really not professional.
