Everything was explained and they did all the paperwork and no judgment feeling. And the whole process was affordable. Then they follow up to help me stay out of debt and create a savings with very helpful videos and web sites to check out to help myself and be independent and debt free!

I had no choice but to file bankruptcy this year. I talked to one attorney and he wanted $2400 and wouldnt even file my case until I paid in full. He was not only half the cost but would file everything for me and then could make payments of $100 for 12 months. All I had to come up with upfront was the filing fee and running credit reports. I was terrified when I walked to Mr. Foley's office, I have never been to a lawyer office before and I didn't know what to expect, when he started talking after he heard me he was very calm, great manners and explained that he can definitely help me, I was too scared that we might loose our tax return, but he explained that since we just moved here from Texas Arizona's law won't apply and the he will bring Texas's law here, he also said that it is a God given which made me even calmer, the fact that he believes in The Lord mattered more to me, I trusted that the Lord sent him to help me out! I forgot to mention that I filed by myself using Up Solve and they almost cased me to loose my family's money ! I would definitely recommend Mr. Foley he is amazing all in all, go see him you won't regret it!

The team is amazing! Don't go anywhere else. They will treat you with respect and give you honest answers. They are fantastic. They helped me with the process and made sure I understood it as we went. Very responsive if I had questions with multiple options for contact depending on when I had questions. Not gonna lie, I was sold when I walked in the office and saw a dog. I mean, that just made the atmosphere feel very welcoming.
