I have my Brother Bill to thank for finding Matt's practice! He picked the perfect lawyer for me, out of the "zillions" possible! While, I'm definitely not a lawyer, Matt & his great assistant Jennifer, turned out to be perfect for my situation! They carefully explained the process of Chapter 7 bankruptcy & made sure all the necessary forms were filed! Life is a lot less stressful these days! It's not that all my problems have "magically" disappeared, but I feel like I am in control again! And not at the mercy of predatory banks & the pressure of growing debt!Obviously, I highly recommend you, my lawyer, Matt Foley & his very caring &  Jennifer along with his very able assistants! He untangled what could have been a financial "nightmare" & tamed it into something I understand better, & am able to cope with!Not being "financially ept", which initially "landed me" in this trouble! (i.e. inexperienced financially)! I also appreciate Matt & Jennifer's generously taking the time to explain all the "pitfalls, I set off" with my ignorance!     Even better,...Matt sends me a  "tip" list of suggestions to avoid  further financial difficulty,...that led to my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy! Difficult decision indeed. Long story short as older couples just meeting ends we were effected by Covid. Long term Covid. Our decision to visit Matthew was a life savings. The visit was not what I expected. Matthew was wonderful he explained the process as well as the consequences. He did follow ups with us along with his assistant Jennifer. Thank you both for all you both have done for us. We all have choices and not all are pleasant you both definitely made it less stressful. Thank you.

It’s not an easy decision to make. After a difficult divorce I found myself struggling to stay afloat. Matt and his team helped me file for Chapter 13 and were available every step of the way if I had any questions. He has an open door policy which is a life saver because with my busy schedule I could either drop in when I could or call and leave a message and he would call back quickly. Jennifer who is on his team was super helpful and in taking you through the process. I cannot thank them enough for their support from start to finish. Would I recommend them in a time when you need to be able to breath financially? Without hesitation! Thank you Matt and Jennifer for walking through the challenges with me.
