I arrived at Stephen Trezza's office on Tuesday, December 27th, for the first time to discuss my situation. On January 11th, the Chapter 7 case was filed. On February 13th, I attended the 341 hearing, and 71 days after the hearing, on April 25th, The bankruptcy court discharged the debt. The entire filing procedure went smoothly. Stephen is thorough in his work, and Melissa has always replied to my emails promptly to any questions I may have. This review took a while to type because I wasn't sure how to say thank you. Stephen didn’t have to take my case, offer free credit counseling classes, auto dealership bankruptcy referrals or give me a second chance at financial freedom, but he did all these and more.
