Mr. Trezza is unprofessional!!! We hired him. He would not meet with us in person. He communicated through text messages, emails and phone calls only. 90% of the time he was not in his office but working from home. Makes one wonder what's going on. When we finally made an appointment to meet with him in person, he told me he was not available 3 hours before the meeting. Then he told us he didn't want to be our lawyer anymore to hire somebody else. Mr. Trezza was upset for whatever reason and sent us the following text messages. Text from Trezza. You're going to receive a document for you and your wife to sign that needs to be attached to the motion to withdraw. Please sign it and return it to me. Please don't force me to ram this withdrawal down your throat. You and I are not communicating, effectively sign the document find another lawyer and move on. Higher at your own risk I wouldn't! I'm walking away from $3500 by withdrawing from your case. That's what I would get paid from the bankruptcy trustee to continue. But that doesn't matter to me because I'm not enjoying this representation so I'm moving to withdraw. You and I don't communicate very effectively. I'm not making threats. There's two ways for me to withdraw one is by you signing a document consenting the other is by asking the judge to let me withdraw without your consent. When I told the judge that we don't communicate effectively, she will allow me to withdraw. So it's in everyone's best interest that you just sign the document. Sign a consent what a joke.
