I really have enjoyed this experience with them. Jeremy is so comforting and detail oriented. They made this as relaxed as they could for me while they dealt with the stuff that would give me anxiety. It’s such a sensitive topic, being sick...and Jeremy does his best to show empathy and provide a safe place. My hearing is coming up and I’m confident he will do his very best for me. Whatever happens, I will hold him and the staff in good regards. This process isn’t easy but they hold your hand the whole way. I trust them. Upate: got my disability granted. Thank you guys so much. I didn't think that I was eligible for disability from social security, but they did and now I have my social security disability payment. I would recommend them to anyone who has problems with social security.

Very caring professional

Go see them if you need assistance on SS disability or have been denied !!! The law office of Hallinan & Killpack are what a lawyers office should be about, get to the point and be effective! I met with Mr. Killpack at no charge for a consultation. My last attorney was messy and Jeremy and the firm came in and cleaned it up. Jeremy called me prior of my hearing for a prep talk which helped calm my anxiety. At the hearing, Jeremy "got on point" first clearing up my employment records they had wrong from my previous attorney...smh. Once on track I was approved by Jeremy knowing a bit more than the employment specialist the judge had. In other words I think she went back to the books learning what "hard labor" is considered. H & K are the Specialist ! ! 5 stars is not enough! ~Dave B.
