Truly a good source for consulting on legal matters for low income and really helpful just meet them half way and have all documents ready that's all I gotta say they are awesome

Alot to be desired for support in crisis

I came for housing help, and ADA. They said the calculation was correct, when 502 Irs form deductions weren't calculated. They would not walk me through ADA told me to "go ahead" then criticized what my doc said, but they did not assist me. I asked 5x before they closed my file to meet with a manager, and to review my case, and these issues, and that same day within an hour, they closed me out. I asked to appeal, they have no appeals process. I was ignored 2 months. I showed up asking to meet with a manager and was told they would call the police, because I wanted to show the inaccuracies of why they closed me instead of helping a disabled person needing ada help, and medical services, for housing. I had my files, and wanted to see why they were saying this was right when it wasn't. They turned me away. But are helping imigration and divorce. They get funds from the agencies, and it seems if those agencies are truly violating the law, sala will not defend us. So another legal outlet is needed for poor people because they don't care about me, or other sick people. We take lower priority than immigration and divorce. A grievance only equates a letter and no dispute process. I cant even see my own case file. Donate elsewhere. I got 0 help. And have been turned away for help with social security, voc rehab so I can have access to reading programs I need. And I have no where to go. These people suck. I asked to go over discreprncies in my file with a manager 5x. They closed me instead. I tried going in to show the mistake and ask my questions, and was met with an assistant director who threatened to call the police if I call again. I did nothing threatening. Their lawyer made a mistake. Closing me made no sense, and I wanted to know details. I was given paperwork just to sit with a manager, which I know now was grievance paperwork. But I wasn't informed that was a grievance form. I should have the opportunity to point out a mistake and not be treated like this. I have pmdd and feel discriminated. I am extremely hurt and offended. Citizens should come first. Ada and sick people should come first. Its what I came to you with, and I was taken on for, and you did not handle my case properly. I can't even get the grievance form to file a grievance properly, because your employee threatened me for requesting a meeting that I requested for 6 weeks before closure.
