Terrible service!!!; the person at the front desk is so despot, she doesn't have any manners, compassion or even people skills. She didn't let me explain about my sister's situation, she just rudely interrupted me off. Very bad experience.... and people never answer the phone; I've been trying to contact them by phone for over a month and they always experiencing a "high volumen of calls" how could that be possible? when I got there it was just me and two women chatting (the front desk lady and another one) that was it. It's really sad and upsetting.

Don't really do much all the information the give you is available on line you still have to do everything your self

These people are here to help us when we can't afford to pay for legal advice. Do an extraordinary good job. What do you do when your landlord doesn't hear you and doesn't do their part of the bargain? These days when you sign a lease it's an inch of paper all of it there to protect and serve the landlord. However the truth of any lease is this: I pay the rent on time. If it breaks you fix it. In Tucson most of these apartment complexes are owned by big corporations we think we are powerless. It simply isn't true. If you have problems come here to Legal Aid and they will happily assist you.
