I just went requesting same help with a legal matter (HOA) The lady at the front counter and Patricia the one that interview me were great! Really nice people but the lawyer...omg! The lady was so rude didn't really let me talk much, she keep typing in her computer, didn't answer my questions or give me advise. I just waisted my time. At the very end I ask If she could help just to fill out 1 page (it was a disclosure statment) she made me felt like an idiot and said I didn't need help for that it was too easy (for her, she's a lawyer after all) so I end up with all the same questions I had, no paper work answered....and hopeless since I thought they could help. Worst experience EVER. I wish they had a superviser or someone who call people after the Interview to find out If they were help or how was their experience.

1st time I ever got help here. was about to give up.because of past experiences with them, the lawyer called me at 6pm the night before court! we had 10 minutes to meet and discuss a VERY complex case. the lawyer was my life saver and I THANK HIM (you) everyday. THANKS LEGAL AID, for pulling through!
