Matthew Randle was terrible to deal with. He was court appointed to me and he acted offended that he even had to get on the phone with me. I knew i was in my own because he didn't want to speak to me. He was extremely rude and his office girl was even more rude! It was so bad that I was scared to call. I left messages that I would not settle for anything else but a dismissal because of the fact that i wasn't guilty and the right before my court date he said that he knew someone on the other side which was great that I didn't have to deal with him or his office again except that I had to start all over with another attorney who was great and got my case dismissed no thanks to Mattew Randle.

We found ourselves in bad spot with very little time to find representation for an impending custody battle. We were told about Matt and his team from a friend and contacted him. Within a couple days we had a face to face meeting about our case. He and his team immediately put our minds at ease and went to work for my and my family. I can’t say enough good things about Matt Randle and the team at Randle Palmer, and Bernays. We felt as if we were the only clients they had, full well knowing they all have full schedules. If you find yourself needing representation for family disputes please don’t hesitate to contact Matt Randle and his team.

Kayla is an AMAZING lawyer! She's personable and pleasant. Her disposition is warm, kind, charitable, and inviting. She put me immediately at ease. Considering the sensitive nature of our business dealings, her professional attitude, and demeanor inspired a sense of confidence. She was a "True North" when I felt overwhelmed and lost in the chaos, that comes with divorce. She is extremely knowledgable concerning the detailed inner workings of the legal system, and associated proceedings. She helped me achieve a fair and equitable settlement. She's level-headed and poised under pressure.

I would describe Kayla as an easy-going and relatable individual. My child's mother filed a petition for complete control. Kayla explained to me that Arizona law presently wants both parents to share time and responsibility for decision making 50/50 by default, and that the only circumstances that would constitute a change to the forementioned plan involve one parent being proven to pose a danger to the child. This is precisely what the opposing party attempted to do, and at the expense of truth they did a great job. Kayla took my case and after a year of back and forth including three trial dates the judge returned permanent orders. Though I find Kayla professionally competent, I felt deceived by the way I was billed. Kayla marketed herself at a discount rate. While the industry standard seems to be $350/hr. Kayla advertised a rate of $200/hr. I thought fortune had smiled on me until I began receiving bills for service. I do not know how other family legal professionals bill but I found certain charges to be rather frustrating. Among them included routine charges to respond to an email (as much as .8hr. each) even though I sent an average of fewer than 1/mo. Kayla had mentioned that she would charge for transit time to/from court which is certainly understandable. I did not know however that I would be charged for more than two hours "preparation for trial" per court appearance. Particularly confusing given that I found her rather unprepared...(didn't touch on any evidence that we had entered durring her cross-examination, began drafting closing arguments during trial etc...)
