Kayla represented me in a complicated matter in juvenile superior court here in Pima county. We went to trial 7 days throughout a month's time. Trial in civil court based on criminal allegations was probably the most far fetched attempt I could have imagined to bring justice and security to my child and to ask my counsel and my child's counsel to advocate under such duress was absolutely gut wrenching. I felt confident from day one however, we had a plethora of credible witnesses and a child's testimony and disclosure, a team of lawyers who communicated amazingly, a very aggressive Kayla B, but that wasn't going to be enough. We had a judge who listened, who took a copious amount of notes and after 7 days and 1 month in court and a 30 day deliberation, we all saw that there is an honor system in place and we won! Kayla's closing statement calmed my anxiety once and for all, she remembered every word spoken throughout, she kept a detailed script throughout, she paid attention and she represented me to the fullest. I am eternally grateful. And I have retained her once more to finalize some things that are necessary at this point, now that we can move on with life and a child has been saved.
