Attended the Thursday evening seminar this week and the presentation was presented by the best group of professionals and the best law firm in Yuma. They explained the value of a living trust with an aptitude of professionalism that was very well versed. They are by far the best at what they do in Yuma, Arizona, probably the entire Southwestern United States. If you want your hard-earned money to go to those you love and not stuck in the courts, you need a plan, the Deason Garner Law Firm are the experts you need to make that trust. This law firm in not typical of the other firms that do trusts we have encountered in the past. They are very professional and speak in layman terms so we can understand the process. Great guys to work with.

As attorneys go, I am not fond of them. A necessary evil. I will say that both attorneys, Shawn and Alan seem to be genuinely concerned about our matters dealt with. My family has a revocable trust with them and I just had another type of trust drawn up. Alan specializes in all areas of trust and a gun trust is something I was surprised to see the firm could create. So consider Deason Garner for all types of trusts.

Just came back from a Lunch and Learn session. Excellent presentation. This was a follow up to the Estate Planning Seminar. I loved that the lawyers were encouraging and educating people on the importance of not only setting up an Estate Plan but FUNDING it as well. This is by far the best law firm in Yuma. They explain things very well. They are the best at what they do in Yuma, in Arizona, probably the whole nation. If you ever plan on dying you have to meet with them first. Not a joke. If you want your hard earned money to go to your family, you need a plan, and Shawn is the expert to do it.

The Deason Garner Law Firm is very knowledgeable in estate planning. They don't make decisions for you but they help educate the client so wise decisions can be made. The seminars are also very well presented and informative and I have gain something with every seminar I have attended.

They handled my mother's estate. They sent me an email telling me I had less than six hours to move my property from her house. It was noon, I was at work over an hours drive away, and no way could make it. I called them and explained my disapproval. They never called me back. I have never gotten communication about any judicial proceedings. Highly disappointed.
