I recently had to have guardianship papers drawn up for my adult disabled sister so that I will be her guardian in the event that her current guardian should die. I dreaded the process because I had no idea where to begin. Thankfully, Mauria Kemper with Wilkinson Law Firm made the process easy! She took great care in helping me. Mauria was able to complete the process in a very timely and efficient manner. I am so grateful to her!!

Mauria was very efficient and effective in handling our legal guardianship case, and her knowledge and expertise are apparent. As an added bonus, she was extremely kind and professional, putting us at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to hire a family law attorney!

I don't think I have a sufficient vocabulary to describe the EXCEPTIONAL representation I received from Randall Wakefield in a recent EXTREMELY contentious post divorce civil case. From day 1 his professionalism, integrity and patience (especially with someone as profoundly ignorant of law as myself) was second to none. Seeing him "in action" in the courtroom was absolutely incredible. My only regret is not having called sooner. He will be my first call in any family law situation going forward. If you need expertise and representation in any family law matter, CALL RANDALL WAKEFIELD! You will NOT be disappointed!

Wilkinson’s Law Firm, specifically Mauria Kemper, went above and beyond in helping me with my legal needs. Mauria was always prompt and professional and helped me every step of the way through a difficult divorce. She was amazing at presenting me with all of my options and helping me to make an informed decision about what was best for myself and my children. Her experience in the field was invaluable. I would recommend her to anyone needing legal consultation or help.

Working with Randall was a great experience for my husband and I. He was very informative in answering all of our questions. Randall was also very quick to respond and update. As this is the second time we have used his services I would gladly hire him again if needed, along with recommend him to anyone who was seeking services. Thanks to him we were able to finalize the adoption!

I am a huge advocate of reviews and I did my research before hiring Mauria. I called and spoke to her on the phone and she assured me she would fight for what is right. I explained to her that neither party nor the child involved in the case lives in Arkansas and therefore we just needed to her to ask for a change in venue due to the circumstances and have the case moved to Michigan or arizona. She told me she could not do that as to it was reopened in Arkansas. Now come to talking to several other attorneys after the fact that she indeed only needed to do that and we wouldn't be in the situation we are now. There was limited contact in the first several months and then we had told her in the beginning of February that we wanted her to fight for custody. My husband and myself both emailed her the same day February 12th with the visitation agreement we wanted to go after. Now fast forward 7 weeks and she's agreeing to an order behind our backs not consulting us in the least. Her only excuse was that it was the law and that was that. We paid her over $2,000 to do pretty much nothing. We would of been better off having it default and we could of questioned jurisdiction then. She never even raised the issue of visitation and told us that she didnt have time for them to prepare a response in 30 days.... we told her in the beginning of February and the court date was March 26th. Afterwards she told us to do whatever we can to have it moved. I have already filed a complaint with the Code of ethics committee. She didn't consult or tell my husband what was in this agreement that she went ahead and signed. Completely unethical. She comes off knowledgeable but is not willing to fight. It was almost like she was scared of the other attorney. She had no concern that she pretty much screwed us for a long time by overstepping her boundaries. I have talked to several attorneys since this has happened and all of them told me the case was handled wrong since neither party lives in Arkansas. A few have told us thanks for the information as they recommend several people to this office and will not be doing that going forward anymore. You hire an attorney and trust them with your life and this one pretty much didn't care about anything involved.

Working with Shane was a great experience. He was tentative when working on my case and also very responsive. As a business owner myself i can see he truly appreciates his clients and will work as hard as he can for them and their case. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHANE AND HIS FIRM!
