My first meeting with Todd convinced me to trust him and his staff to help me through a difficult situation. His knowledge of the law is both refreshing and comforting. He always answers your questions in a way you can understand, and always lays out options to aid in your decision on how to proceed. Todd, along with his staff; Maddie and Angie, are always available to answer questions, remind you of important dates, and totally keep you up to date on your case. Five stars is not enough-add another 10-20!! I recommend Todd without reservation.

Todd is an excellent bankruptcy attorney. Todd and his staff were a great help to my husband and me during a very stressful time. After losing both parents and a lay off from a company shutdown we were no longer able to keep up with even the minimum payments of our creditors. Todd walked us through a Chapter 13 step by step. We have a monthly payment schedule that we feel financially comfortable with thanks to some very sound advice. The peace of mind we have now was well worth it in the end. No one wants to file for bankruptcy. It is a difficult decision to make and somewhat of a pride issue also. From the moment I first spoke with Todd on the phone, he put me a ease with my decision.
