My husband and I have hired David Gean on 3 separate occasions over the past 5 1/2 yrs for a complex custody battle. Each time we got the outcome we were hoping for! After my husband received full custody of his daughter, the jurisdiction changed from OK to AR and David was qualified to represent us in both states. I was recently able to adopt her thanks to David's expertise and compassion. He really cares and is very attentive. We no longer have to worry about our daughter being in a safe environment and growing up with the best life possible. The entire firm is friendly and inviting. I could go on and on. Highly recommended! A million thanks to you, David Gean!!

I hired Michael Pierce at this law firm at the end of January. He told me he would have papers served the following week, then they would have 30 days to respond. 30 days later I start trying to contact him via email and calling his office to find out an update. I did not get a reply for over a week when I found out that the paperwork was never sent off to get served like it should have been. And now, the paperwork has still not been served because they are not following up to see what is taking so long! I am literally having to call and send emails constantly just to bug them enough to look into it. Completely unprofessional. Do Not Use them if you are on a timeline and if you like to be able to get information about your case! Update: My case is finally completed and I was asked to update my review. I still stand by my initial review above. It wasn't until I posted this review that I finally started getting some actual work done on my case. Even though I would get a 1 sentence response, my questions were never fully answered and I honestly didn't feel confident in my lawyer. Overall, I still would not recommend this lawyer or law firm for child custody cases. If you do hire them, make sure you are on top of them to get your case done in a timely manner.

He is a good lawyer

David Gean is an excellent attorney with a wealth of knowledge in the field of law. Mr.Gean puts in the time, dedication, and resources to give his clients the results they want and deserve. Mr. Gean handled a very complex matter and did so with the very outcome I had hoped for and more. Mr. Gean takes his clients matters very serious and was very respectful the entire way. I was highly impressed with the work Mr. Gean did in my case and couldn't ask for a better person to do the job than Mr. Gean!

Great lawyers at a decent price

Michael Pierce is a great Oklahoma DUI lawyer for Sallisaw, Roland, or anywhere in Choctaw County. I'm an Arkansas resident who was charged with a DUI in Oklahoma, and I'm glad I didn't go for a "$500 special" Sallisaw DUI lawyer. Price was still reasonable and, more importantly, he did a great job. Outcome was better than I thought possible in my grim situation. Mr Pierce is a regular in Choctaw County Court and understands the ins and outs of being an Arkansas resident with Oklahoma DUI charges. Very personable guy who will explain what's going on, and office's secretary is great to deal with as well. If I lived in the River Valley Area, this is where I'd go when I needed a Fort Smith attorney. I live in Fayetteville and was happily represented in Sallisaw by Gean, Gean, & Gean.

Roy Gean was very helpful to my wife and me in making a living trust. I would recommend him strongly.
