Traci has done an amazing job on our case! She explains everything in detail so we understand what is happening and she fights hard to get us what we are owed & more. I would highly recommend her to be on any team working your lawsuit. She is the best and has made this bad situation less stressful for us. Mr. Allison was attentive, answered all my questions and helped establish the appropriate steps to take to achieve a rapid resolution to my case. He genuinely listened and was empathetic regarding my situation. Mrs. Radin, a professional assistant, worked tirelessly, organizing years of documentation and medical expenses. She worked as hard in my case as she would have for someone she had known for years, although we had never met. Because of her experience, she was able to locate an insurance benefit that was in my policy that no one else had thought to look for. She is efficient and takes her job very seriously. Mrs.Radin kept me updated, by phone and e-mail, with any additional documentation needed and case progress. She was available and would typically return my phone calls and e-mails the same day. I always knew where my case stood and never felt like “just another case”. She always knew exactly where my case stood. I never felt ignored. I never felt in the dark or wondered if anything was being done. She would work as hard for anyone as she did for me. The resolution to my case happened much faster than I thought it would. In my experience, Mr. Allison and Mrs. Radin are accessible, hard working and professional. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that I would use them again if needed and I would recommend them without hesitation.
