Attorney ALEX GUSTAFSON : CASE: Grandparent Visitation Petition. This gentleman exceeded my expectations in excellence. He is a man of integrity and impeccable character. I hired him because an ongoing, vicious family feud between an affluent, non-related Step-mother/Step-Grandmother "temporary" Guardian and a blue-collar parent resulted in my being denied visitation with my grandchildren by the non-related Guardian for a year based on hostilities, power and control issues. During the hearing, it seemed to me that the judge had become disgusted with the non-related Guardian and the parent who both sought to slander and demean me because I am a Grandma that lives on a tight budget (an "Underdog").
