Although the entire process took a very long time I do come to understand that there is a process to everything. Some things people on the outside of the law firm don’t get to see. Overall I was very pleased with Everyone in the office. The staffed seemed very nice at all times.
I will say this… and that is that people do not like to feel ignored the sweet lady that picks up the phone for this office she was so ready to listen. That showed me that my business with the company was valued.
