So grateful for Taylor & Taylor Law Firm. We are out of state, so they could not directly deal with our accident claim, but connected us with someone in our State, and then stayed in contact with us and the other attorney throughout the process. I have called multiple times to start my case. I was told that I’d get a phone call back. I have not received anything. I spoke with two different people. I don’t understand why I have not gotten a response.

Sidney Stewart of this law firm was amazingly easy to work with. She answered every email the same day (or even within the same hour most of the time), returned phone calls promptly, and did everything she possibly could to ensure that I was her top priority. She was a great liaison between me and the opposing party, and was a phenomenal negotiator. She went to bat for me and protected my interests at all costs. Compassion is not something most people usually equate with an attorney, but Sidney isn't the stereotypical attorney. She is kind and caring. But don't mistake her kindness for weakness.
