I had only a few days notice to hire an attorney and get papers filed to get guardianship. I called Taylor and Taylor and was desperate to get an attorney ASAP. When I explained my situation to the secretary, she immediately put me on hold and had Sidney Stewart get on the phone with me. After a preliminary discussion, Sidney took my case. I can't tell you how relieved she made me. I have to say I was very impressed with the ease of being able to contact my attorney in the spur of the moment and get immediate responses. she never made me wait more than a few minutes to return my call. The firm also does an itemized bill so you know exactly what you are paying for and there were no hidden fees. The fees are very reasonable considering all the other attorneys I had contacted. Most of which did not return my calls. If you need a great attorney I HIGHLY recommend this firm. You will not be sorry you did.

Sidney Stewart of this law firm was amazingly easy to work with. She answered every email the same day (or even within the same hour most of the time), returned phone calls promptly, and did everything she possibly could to ensure that I was her top priority. She was a great liaison between me and the opposing party, and was a phenomenal negotiator. She went to bat for me and protected my interests at all costs. Compassion is not something most people usually equate with an attorney, but Sidney isn't the stereotypical attorney. She is kind and caring. But don't mistake her kindness for weakness. She gets it done!

Sidney is absolutely amazing. She is passionate about her job and invests 100% of her time and efforts in her cases. I felt like I am her only client, because she always was available immediately 24/7, was always patient. She's did incredible job handling my case and after being through several attorneys, I can finally say I found the one who truly CARES about her clients and goes above and beyond. One would be hard pressed to find a LawFrm that even comes close to the services provided by Taylor & Taylor. They are very professional, precise and above all honest! Although you know he has other clients, Andy makes you feel as if you are his only one. He not one time ever made us feel rushed. He made sure that we understood everything that was discussed. If something was unclear, it was never a problem; he would always explain everything with a different approach, in laymen’s terms, until it was clear. He also made sure anything he planned or recommended to do was okay with us. He would legally advise what would be the best course and then explain WHY in his professional opinion it would be the best course for our situation….. And then said he would take the course of action that WE wanted to take. If ever we had another case for an Attorney to handle, it would be Andy with Taylor & Taylor hands down! How do I even begin....words can not express how happy I am with this Law Firm what an amazing group of people. Their website states that they care about people on an individual level and it is so true. Sidney Stewart helped us with our case and words can not express how pleased we are with her. Awhile back my family was in need of a lawyer, to help with an Appeals case in Little Rock. It was a very complex case that had been going on for about 4-5 years at that point. We are from out of state and didn't no where to look. We did a search for law firms in Little Rock that handled Appeal cases. We found the wonderful law firm of Taylor and Taylor. When we first contacted them about getting represented, they asked about the case. Once we talked about the case they were very interested in helping us get to a resolution. To me this is a big deal, we had not hired them at that point. But the care and concern they had just, knowing about what our case involved, made us want to hire them. Once we hired them that care and concern continued, they looked out for every aspect of the case. Remember we do not live in this area, so that complicated things. They would regularly email and call to keep us up to date on the case and status. My wife and I spent a lot of time on conference calls with both Ms. and Mr. Taylor going over everything. They answered every question we had. I remember at some points they would call later in the evening after the regular close of business to ask us something. A few hours later we would get an email. This means they spends both day and night working on the case for us. To find a law firm, let alone a team of lawyers, that are that willing to help and that care is nearly impossible. I flew into Little Rock one time and was able to set up a brief meeting with Ms. Taylor. She was warm and inviting. Most times when you hire a law you get to meet face to face a lot. This was not the case for us being from out town. Once the appeals case was finished without a good result for us, Mrs. and Mr. Taylor called us and asked what we wanted to do. They gave us the option to hold off and wait or file with the Supreme Court and keep going. They gave myself and my wife the feeling that they did not want to quit. Amazingly, we won in the Supreme Court, thanks entirely to them. I can not say enough about this firm. If you need legal representation, you need Taylor and Taylor.

Needed some questions answered on an injury from a wreck and they called us back the next day. They took down all of our information and sent an email to the person (Andy) that we needed to talk to. While he was on vacation, he emailed back several times answering every question we had. Thank you for helping us understand everything we needed to know.
