Mrs.Lisa Douglas is a phenomenal attorney she speaks with to you as she can relate to your situation. She called me several times getting the facts she needed concerning my case as, her staff called every month to see if something had changed in my health that they may need to send out a release form for my records. I had one doctor office that was refusing to send my records Mrs. Douglas's office contacted them and threatened to subpoena my records and make them pay the court cost, let's just say they sent my records. Mrs. Douglas's staff are very helpful polite with their clients. I would recommend this attorney to anyone looking for an excellent disability lawyer.

I was represented today by Lisa Douglas at my hearing. I dont know what the outcome will be but I will have no doubt that she did everything in her power to help me. I am so grateful to have had her to talk to me, help me, and have my back through this. I spoke with Ms. Douglas several times (4? 5?) and each time my confidence in her abilities grew. She is smart, professional, very qualified and her staff are on it. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation! I have a case and this lady refused my case because of my age and the fact that I have children, but I am unable to work due to mental health issues. Plus let's not forget that I have just recently moved back to Arkansas from Illinois and am currently working on trying to get insurance in the state so I can see doctors here and and because of that she will not take my case, even though I have medical records to back what I say. ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT REFER HER EVER!!!

When we first contacted the law office of Lisa Douglas, they declined to take us as a client: because at the current stage of our case, I would either win (with no input, giving them free money) or lose. It didn't seem ethical to them. Instead, they asked me to contact them if I lost. That integrity really impressed me.

The boss the head lady miss Douglas is a awsome lady, friend, attorney, nurse, etc,she tells you straight up front what its going to be and how its going to go, If you dont like it she will give u the best advice to her knowledge and further look into whatever she can for you. This woman is a loving mother, wife, and everything she can be to every individual that comes into her office. she stays extremely busy and is very well known and respected.. Absolutely wonderful attorney and person. Lisa helped my family member win their case with ease. Any time we had questions, her and/or her office staff didn't hesitate to do their best to answer. They were always prompt with returning calls or responding to mail/email. When we met in person, she was so personable and made you feel comfortable.....like you were talking to a friend. Working with Lisa and her staff has been a wonderful experience! When it was literally a week before my hearing we were having problems with one of my doctor’s offices not giving me medical records in a timely fashion due to a third party that the doctor’s office had a contract with to provide medical records. Immediately, Lisa’s staff got on the horn and pressed them for not following up with that third party and getting my medical records. Within about 2 days Lisa’s Office received a USB flash drive in the mail with all medical records we had been requesting! It was amazing! They fought for me every step of the way! I just recently received my official approval letter!! You will be in very good hands with Lisa and her amazing staff!!
