They are the best. Very professional, respectful and for me anyway always looked out for my best interest. They are all wonderful Alison was up front and honest didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear she told me the truth. And Jessica I just can’t say enough about she stayed on top of my deal every step of the way. She emailed me updates then would call to tell me how it went if I wasn’t able to be there. Overall can’t say enough about the whole team thanks!!

Not much I can say here that hasn't been said already Alison is wonderful and hard working as well as comforting and as derect when it comes to taking your case and no one else on the team is as great at expunging your record as Jessica she really does mean it when she tells you that she will bug the ever living day lights on the system to get you paper work threw and done with so you have little to worry about on a final note it was rather encouraging when I first met Mr Norwood his first words to me was blunt and simple as shut up sit down and do what we tell you so we can make this process as swift and easy for you as possible I enjoyed hearing that level of stern blunt honesty from someone you just don't hear that from anyone anymore and that deep down told me I was in the right hands for the Job so in conclusion I do highly recommend them

They do the old bait and switch where you think you are paying high dollar for a good lawyer, but you get stuck with Matt who is very lazy and doesn't do all he needs to for your case. When I ended up having to pay for another lawyer, I discovered they were actually 1/3 the price i paid at Norwood. Is also how I found out about the bait and switch scam. I can't even count the number of times this office dropped the ball on what they were supposed to do.
