Excellent fast courteous service on housing and eviction thank you legal aid of Arkansas

Very helpful with my case. Stuck with me for 2 1/2 years

Very good polite professional so a paralegal explain my situation showed my documentation and proof paralegal then summoned and attorney for which we all went to the attorney's office paralegal handed everything over to the attorney the attorney and I sat in the office for at least an hour attorney was very nice very informative explained everything to me advised me told me if I have any other problems or questions or issues with this situation to feel free to call the attorney back but would not give me a business card or telephone number so therefore when I called back I had to do the whole process over again with the 800 number and sit and wait for somebody to answer because you get in line and then when they answer your call you have to explain everything from the beginning and they look it up on the computer and say oh yes you were here on such and such a date hold on let me transfer you to the attorney which I think could all be avoided if the attorneys would just give you their business card and the direct line to speak with them or an extension number so that when you call a different number and rather than the general 800 number call a specific number for people that are established clients where you can just say I'm so and so I'm An established client I need to speak with the attorney at extension such and such which would save a good half hour 45 minute wait on the telephone

They are the worst, Legal Aid my ass. I was talking to the receptionist about my problem and was hung up on. I called 3 more times and was hung up on. I would give a -10 stars on this if I could.

I called twice this week and these people are so rude. I was yelled at and hung up on. If they dont like their job go find another one. Horrible service. Supposed to help the public but complete opposite.
