Like most government-run places they have more work then they can handle but the people there handle it in a professional manner. If you are patient they will help you they have helped me a great deal in the past although there was a long wait to get to the people to help you but that is to be expected at most government places have you been to get your driver's license renewed recently if you have you'll understand what I'm talking about
