I contacted this firm to inquire about my mother-in-law's situation and requested clarification regarding representation. Initially, via email, the so-called "Operations Manager" did not CLEARLY STATE that ONLY my mother-in-law could make contact. Instead, she directed me to a phone number without specifying this requirement. Subsequently, when I used their chat feature to address the same issue, the person I chatted with claimed they had consistently informed me I could not represent someone else, despite this being the FIRST mention of it in our conversation. While I understand I'm not a client, it was challenging to receive a straightforward answer from this firm. This was my honest review and I find it very unprofessional for this firm to respond to a low review by stating that the reviewer is not yet a client. Every individual reaching out to a business deserves to be treated with respect and regarded as a potential client. My intention was simply to ascertain whether they could assist with an immigration matter. Clarifying this upfront would have greatly facilitated the process. I believe this firm could benefit from improving their comprehension of customer needs. Clear communication and transparency during the initial contact about their representation policies would enhance the overall client experience. I rated this two stars solely because I eventually received an answer, despite encountering significant resistance for such a straightforward question.
