James is very knowledgeable and helpful and his firm makes the process very simple and easy. Don't put a huge time and tax burden on your loved ones by neglecting this simple, easy task. Your family will be morning and struggling in your untimely passing don't make things worse by not having a trust. Don't put it off till you are old cause ya never know what will happen.
