I was already happy to hear that Mr. Tran read all the documents I sent. Arguably that alone could have taken up 1/2 the scheduled hour alone. That really helped streamline the meeting and he actually answered all of our questions and he actually offered the remaining time as a credit! HOA law is very specific and he ironed out the process and where we would have standing. Overall we were very satisfied with the meeting and we will retain this firm in the future if needed.

Our initial consultation with Jeff Kominsky was extremely informative. It provided great insight into issues that residents face with their HOA’s, responsibilities that associations have regarding fair and equal treatment to all residents and methods for getting issues resolved.

They took care of my dog Luna for six months while I was in a sleep deprivation study in Los Angeles County California and I'm here to tell you my dog Luna Belle (an American Pit) is in better condition today at pick up time than she was when I dropped her off to go to the study that was supposed to last a whole 10 days or so ...LA... go figure. I'm not sure who, other than the fine staff at Karnak Inn, was caring for my dog but she's better adjusted than I am (6 months in LA...) and frankly I think I need six months at Karnik just to get my head together. I love these people and I owe them my life and my dog she is in such good shape!!! I''m not kidding these guys are awesome... they truly are Angels on Earth!!
