I talked on the phone with Luke Carlson about a month and a half ago for 15 minutes. He answered the questions I had about an issue I have with the HOA. I schedule an appointment with him a month later to see what legal action I can take. They had a great hospitality since I got there. He had his notes about our conversation so it was easier to explain everything faster. He explained all of my options and he walked me through the process.

Luke and his partner Mike assisted me for a long while on my various business dealings (which, as an aside, they outperformed every law firm that I've ever used). More recently, they represeted me personaly in a very hostile HOA case. In it, they destroyed the other side (which was my highly negligent HOA and an awful HOA President) and I walked away with everything I demanded - and more : ) So, much appreciated and I'm blssed to have you guys on my side!

I've worked on a case involving Kushner Carlson, and found them to be outstanding, aggressive lawyers. I even considered bringing them into a complex fraud case as well. They are really smart and work hard.

Aggressive & smart team of business litigators. I own several businesses and have (unfortunately) been involved in multiple lawsuits. After firing my previous mega law firm - I decided to take a chance with a more mid-size firm.
