This firm is crooked if your not local to their office you do not want to hire them for sure. They should be disbarred and locked up because they are lying crooks. If I could give less than 1 star I would because that is what they deserve and if they hadn't taken me for all my savings $30 k dollars, I would be suing them. By the way they did nothing for me but charge me for service I did not receive and give me bad advice that caused me to have to fight with bad tenants that it took me 8 mo to evict. By the way I won the mediation because I did all the work proving beyond reasonable doubt that the property management company Omni was negligent and dishonest and mismanaged all Hoa dues for over a decade but then Omni just walked away scott free with all our $ and Kushner wanted me to accept $20 k from Hoa. I had already paid $30 k to Kushner and those crooks intended to get me for an additional $8 k for that mediation. I did not accept those terms for obvious reasons Omni walked away and I tell Kushner it seems shaddy and ask how they are affiliated with Onmi , next thing I know I get a call from an attorney representing Kushner , seems like they are guilty. My case was solid and though the fees were unreasonable I never thought for a minute things would not go favorable for me but I did not take into account I was hiring a dishonest firm. There is a special place in hell for this firm! Im badly damaged financially and emotionally
