Quick and easy with friendly staff.

I ship packages regularly. My last visit the lady made me feel as if she was trying to just make money instead of being helpful. I was shipping my daughter an old phone and she wanted to charge me $240 dollars to go to Nevada. Told her I don’t need that coverage and still pressured me. I needed to get it shipped and still charged me $110 to ship a tiny box. I should have gone to USPS instead but I had my own urgency. I find out now I could have sent for less than $20 with them. I won’t visit this store again and will go to the Vallejo location next time or USPS. We work hard every day for money and I know it’s a business but to take advantage of individuals in your own community that live across the street is outrageous. I have 3 children that I ship to regularly and holidays. They won’t be getting my business again after many positive experiences previously. She may have been the owner but she was making errors pulling up my account also because she simply was not listening. All in all with the charge of the box was close to $130. I could ship the Philippines and back to the US go $75. Being funny but that would take 2 months on a boat.🤔

I've had only good experiences every time I've been to this store. The staff especially Andreas is knowledgeable and very helpful.

I’ve been a customer since they opened this location and I never had a problem with their customer service, shipping or faxing services. I would’ve rating them five stars but sometimes the lines are long.

The best UPS experiences I’ve had are at this location. Christmas is chaotic. Sending out gifts on behalf of your employer is also chaotic. I’m so grateful for this team at this location always, but especially today when Keisha helped me box over 20 items to send out all over the bay. Special shoutout.. honestly, to everyone who works here: Kat, Keisha, Andreas, Xarles, and Yancy. The owners, Arvind and Jyoti have created a team that puts customer service first even through the craziness of the holidays. I come here for Amazon returns all the time and you don’t even need to talk to anyone because they have a set up in the corner. Even though the staff don’t HAVE to talk to you, you’re always greeted with a hello and good conversation and if you need help they got you. UPS with amazing hospitality service? Unexpected but much appreciated. Thanks AC store 🤝🏽

It's been great working with Nicole. She's an amazing lawyer and so easy to speak to. Most lawyers are intimidating, but she's so friendly and kind. Have nothing but great things to say about her and her staff.

Just went in today for a return. Used the self serve kiosk but asked an employee about putting the home printed label on the inside of a see through bag. She claimed I needed a bubble mailer or box for a return -_-
