The owners do BAD BUSINESS. The husband doesn't understda the difference between USPS and UPS. The dont keep their word. They stole my 120.00 from me and wont return my calls. I've given them the benefit of the doubt but its been over a month in a half and now I will pay them a visit regarding my issue. I would NEVER conduct any of my IMPORTANT business with this store. Both husband and wife which are the owners are poor business people.

Shy was great help. They are always friendly and prompt. They have many services any small business owners find useful. I've never lost a package because someone forgot to write my box number. And they always try to remember your name. Great job.

I called to get prices for the passports the lady tells they don't do passports just pictures even though the website clearly states that they do so I asked her why the website stated that if they don't do that she told me that is separate and she told me to go to "travel.ca.gov" so I went to look it up that doesn't exist it's actually "travel.state.gov"

Normally I have an okay experience going there but today was terrible. I came to print out my project (I set up and paid for it online) but when I went to the store, they didn't know how to print it or even the password to the account. A worker thought I wanted to print out the email confirmation or even the website page instead of my actual project I already paid for.
It took almost an hour to get 6 pages to get printed out. The worker printed my project wrong, made me pay for it, and said it was because I uploaded the file wrong (which made no sense). Then my actual project was printed out, but, it wasn't exactly what I paid for online. Instead of a catalogue, I got printed paper "binded" by staples that the worker made me do myself. I can tell the worker got frustrated with me and I should've asked for a refund. The amount of money that I paid for and the preview I got for it online was not what I received (also paying for the extra copy from their mess up was unnecessary). I know I won't be coming back until there's better customer service.

I have only had good experiences here. Customer service is fast and friendly. Grace and Jyoti always greet me with a smile. I am happy they are so our office.

I just went to this establishment and was charged .94 for a SINGLE STAMP. Pretty sure the cost of one stamp is .49. How I got charged almost double is anyone's guess. Will not be returning here. Better off just going to the post office.

Wow very rude customer service here. I pulled into the stall directly in front of the building and when the lady working inside seen this she rushed to the door to lock it. Now note the posted closing time for this establishment is 7:00 and it was 6:42 when I pulled up. If they want to walk out the door at 7:00 maybe they should adjust their store hours to 6:30 or something. Needless to say I will NOT be doing business here again.
