Attorney Troy Monge worked tirelessly to win my disability case. I was initially denied but Troy was able to sort through all the red tape and guide me in the right direction. He is kind, professional and very thorough. This process takes years and he made himself available at all times to handle the immense volume of documentation and to communicate with me so I could understand each step. He is an invaluable resource and deserves 100 stars for helping those who need it the most. I am forever grateful.

Didn't have the best experience with Troy, at my first appointment with Troy he told me even though I'm clearly disabled my case was not strong enough for him to take on, however he told me there were steps I could take to make my case strong enough, I asked him what those steps were he told me. I began those steps, which took a couple months (all this time I could have been looking for other representation). While doing these steps I tried to keep in touch with his assistant Julian to know exactly what Mr Monge wanted, after getting all those things Mr Monge decides to tell me he still won't represent me. So he basically wasted a lot of my time, now I have less than 2 months to find representation, that's a really bad way of doing business in my opinion, it's so hard for me to go places and do things also, the things he asked me to do were not easy with my conditions, it's as if he doesn't even care.

From the very first call through the last, he demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and tenacity. Troy Monge is an amazing attorney. He guided us through all the steps necessary for a Social Security claim; what medical records we needed; statements from the doctors and everything we needed. We knew it would be a long process with a denial or two (in our case) along the way, but we always felt confident and encouraged that he was there for us. And at the end, he was. Our claim was approved!

Troy tells it straight. He doesn't sugar coat anything and he'll see right through you if you're exaggerating your injuries. You'll do your own legwork to collect your medical records, so be prepared for that. Small talk is not his strong point. Just follow his instructions and don't bother arguing with him. The SSDI process is complicated and emotionally taxing. People who are living in chronic pain should not be forced to expend what little energy they have fighting to prove that they are disabled. It's not right. But that's where we are and you're going to need an experienced lawyer on your side to help you navigate the process. In spite of his glowing personality, hiring Troy was one of the best decisions I've made. He kept me focused and stayed engaged. I don't know what would have happened to me if I hadn't received SSDI benefits. I'm really glad I engaged Troy and didn't have to find out.
