Attorney Montenegro has been absolutely amazing during one of the hardest times in my life. She is available to my needs and listens to my concerns and issues and provides solutions to move forward with my case. She has handled my divorce and custody proceedings with the utmost care and professionalism and highly recommend her.

I came to this law firm in a very distraught state of mind because I was wanted protection from the abusive father of my child. Attorney Montenegro took on my case and immediately took charge. From the initial Request for Order, to preparing the evidence, to the hearing date, I always felt confident that my attorney was well prepared and well informed about the legal process of custody and visitation. Attorney Montenegro is very professional, but she is also caring and compassionate about her clients. We requested a Domestic Violence Restraining Order against my ex and the judge ruled in our favor and granted it to me. I can never thank Attorney Montenegro enough for helping me keep my family safe during this scary time in my life. I recommend her legal services to anyone who needs child custody, visitation, or domestic violence legal services.

I wish I can rate them lower than a 1 star. Attorney Montenegro was rude, angry, condescending, and threatening. She lacked any bit of empathy, understanding, politeness, courtesy or caring. I'm not sure how a person like that makes it through life!

I met with Laurel about getting a divorce. The first question she asked me was whether or not I had tried counseling with my husband. I thought it was weird but as I continued to work with her I realized it was a for moral question to ask and respected her so much more because of it. I still proceeded forward with my divorce and without Laurel I don't know what I would have done. Her staff was always there and very helpful and she fought hard for me. I can say I'm extremely happy with the results and how the divorce proceedings ended.

Horrible attorney! He barely said a word defending me in my custody case. I had to tell him to say something to the judge before i lose custody because he was jst sitting there like he didn't care. I will always regret hiring Eric. If i could post the transcripts on here i would because the public should know what to expect from him in court. Hes overpriced too. The dad became the primary parent and i had visitation. My kids never adjusted to living with me full-time to only visiting me every other weekend and after school on Tuesdays. This situation truly hurt my children to the point of depression.

Laurel and her team have represented me with the utmost professionalism, caring and proficiency through out my divorce. I can call her office any time and receive help and guidance. Laurel P Gartman and her team were excellent. Through out my divorce there were many issues but the professionalism of this office as well as Laurel's knowledge of the law made this bad situation bearable.
