Katje Law and there knowledgeable team helped me on an unlawful detainer case where I was the tenant. On the same day that the 3 day noti e was served i cintacted Katje and they walked me through my options and i was able to retain them the very next morning. They immediately reached out to opposing counsels attorney and made favorable settlement agreement that gave me time and also allowed me to not have to pay any charges for my time at the home. This case was a remnant of the covid rental moratorium and Katje made all the facts known to the owner and I was able to not have to pay any of the back pay or the additional month and a half to move out. During all this time the team at Katje were in contact with me and they were even able to negotiate the case to be closed and sealed with no additional charges. I would highly recommend this law firm and will continue to use their other legal expertise.

The whole team handling my case were GREAT. I provided my input to my team including content and points to be addressed in the demand letter being prepared. When I received the 'draft' letter for review and changes the letter was exactly what I had envisioned, NOT needing ANY revisions. It was well written and concise with my legal protection uppermost at all times. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with delivery within the short timeline I had imposed. I would definitely use them again for future legal matters!
