Stephen is a fantastic attorney and I am glad that I got to meet with him first. He is personable and down to earth. The process of BK was quick and easy. I did my job by reading and providing every tidbit of data, they did their job and made all of it happen, then answered questions. The hardest part of all of it was the trustee, that lady meant business and rightfully so, just a bit intimidating. Lucas was the attorney representing me and he knew what he was doing and was very collected. I saw another attorney snicker at him in his absence, but Lucas and those that were there, represented by him, were pretty much all ready to go. The attorney that snickered, his client was full of bologna and they had to reschedule the meeting.

I did not realize that they were so many other options to filing bankruptcy. They explained everything so I could make the best choice. They did not pressure me but encouraged me to think about the pros and cons of each option so I could make the best decision. I ended up filing Chapter 7 because it was the best option by far with the shortest credit recovery time. It was also very affordable as they were willing to work with me on a payment plan. Our experience with this law firm occurred at a very difficult time in our lives. The staff was great and helped us through the entire process which made the whole experience surprisingly easy. Both attorneys were very professional/ experienced and we knew immediately that we were in good hands. We simply filled out the paperwork and the law firm did the rest. Our court hearing went smoothly and took only a very few minutes. I would recommend this law firm to anyone that wants quality legal services at a good price. The payment plan also really helped us.

Absolutely awful. He took our money and had a strategy that smelled so bad that we cut our loses and found another attorney. Then Stephen Johnson managed to cash a post-dated check AND filed for additional compensation as one of our creditors that got paid (more total than we had contracted to pay, had he finished the job) from our assets that were sold in the bankruptcy. Bad news from when he started wasting time when time was of the essence to being a distraction who only made our precarious situation worse. Don't go near this Law Offices of Stephen Johnson if you want to salvage as much as you can from any situation.

I would rate Allison 10 Stars on all of the above. Allison managed my case in a timely manner and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of a Business Attorney.
