I Had Allison setup my business Inc. She got it done fast and correct (sounds like that's to be expected, but I have had this messed up before). She kept me in the loop the whole time, and got it done exactly as I wanted, faster than I expected. Since then I have learned to rely on her expertise on several business matters and I am expecting her help in several future needs with structuring and such. I have used about 12 attorneys in my life, and I would put Allison Harvey in the very top of that list. I have had my share of mediocre to bad, and will never waste my time or money with anything but the best ever again, it cost too much to settle for less! So, my advice; quit shopping, hire Allison Harvey and relax knowing she is one of the good ones.

Ms. Harvey has been a part of our business team for the past 2 years. She has created our employee manual, per the particular laws in our state, she has advised and counseled on many small and large decisions. She has been invaluable. In this day and age, especially in California, having a business without a lawyer is not an option. I feel confident as a business owner knowing that Ms Harvey has my legal back!

I contacted Allison to see if she might be able to help us with a personal issue we were having. Allison said she would see if she could help us. Within a day she called me back with a plan that was the best for my family. She was prompt and was able to come up with a plan that was cost effective for my family. She gave us options and ideas of what we could do. What I appreciated the most was that she held my hand during the process. A few weeks later she contacted me to see how things went. I really thought that little touch was awesome. I will be using Allison again and would refer her to any family & friends.
