I am shocked Chandra has so many stars. I found her to be a sloppy attorney, first of all she failed to comply with the court order by failing to file my court documents on time. She showed up late and therefore we weren’t able to discuss anything before I was scheduled to appear. She costed me a ton and didn’t do anything for my case. Would not recommend! Be leery readers, I believe she is posting reviews on websites about herself to gain 5 stars.

I would just like to begin with “Thank you”. Chandra is the calming factor in this time of chaos that I need. She helps me tremendously through the roughest times in my life, and she continues to be someone that I can always count on whenever I need her. Chandra is not your typical lawyer; she is a kind person who truly takes the time, if not the extra mile, to make the correct decisions, especially when children are involved. I can’t thank her enough and I will continue to count on her expertise!

It has been two years since my twelve-year divorce saga ended. Everyday since, I am thankful for my divorce lawyer, Chandra Miller, located in Auburn, Ca. - I won the lottery with her legal representation, her ethics, her compassion, and knowledge of the law. It was through her legal expertise that progress was made and that my divorce was finalized! It is my sincere honor to post a stellar review for Chandra Miller, Attorney at Law. I have been impressed with her knowledge, her demeanor, and her ability to articulate the law both in layman's terms to our family and in the courtroom. Chandra took this case (which was already in process) and moved it forward quickly, and though we are a ways from being completed I am impressed with the speed with which she has corrected legal errors prior to her taking the case and has provided a very clear path forward. She avoids unnecessary costs in the case and is efficient with her time and ours. I highly recommend Chandra to anyone in need of sound legal advice.

I retained Ms. Miller’s services approximately 4 years ago after going through two other useless attorneys who shall go unnamed. Ms. Miller did an outstanding job representing me and I would use her services again without question or hesitation. I have been remarried since ( I know) to a wonderful woman who stood by my side through the entire ordeal. My wife and I have recommended three of her friends to Ms. Miller since that time. Now to the reason for this post. After the trial, someone (I wonder who) posted the one star review on this page using my current wife’s maiden name. We have been unsuccessful thus far in having it removed and would like to set the record straight. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER ATTORNEY....PERIOD.

If you are faced with a family law matter, and you live in the Sacramento area - I recommend Chandra without hesitation. She handled my case with honesty, professionalism, and the kind of hard work and attention to detail that is critical for successful resolution of any complicated legal matter. Throughout my case, I was impressed with the level of respect that Chandra commanded not just from other attorneys, but also from personnel in and around the court system. She worked tirelessly for me and always took the path of highest integrity, regardless of the circumstances. You simply will not find a better attorney than Chandra to represent you.

I was extremely lucky to be referred to Chandra Miller at the beginning of the divorce process. She is ethical, legally brilliant and a straight-shooter. She was completely up-front with me at every turn, explaining my options and what each option would mean for me financially, as well as for my case. She was able to cut through the emotional turmoil, reduce the drama and stick to the facts, reminding both sides of the true issues at hand. She was always completely prepared and efficient with her time (and mine). She worked toward a win-win for me when possible, but was willing to fight hard when not. I was determined to take the high road and Chandra has the highest of ethical standards, even when opposing counsel was less than. She advised what to expect (both immediately and long-term) so I was never shocked by anything. She kept my case out of court but pushed to get my case settled as quickly as possible. She is an “outside the box” thinker, as well, and was able to find creative ways to settle my case which avoided court and a longer divorce process. Where to begin… First, Chandra Miller and her law office exemplify what professionalism and good people are all about. When I came in, Chandra simply listened to my case and provided very clear avenues to pursue molding what my case would become in front of my eyes depending on the choices I would make. Chandra’s precision to thumb through her legal Rolodex in her mind as I shared my plight only solidified my own personal perception of her intelligence and communication skills. Further, I received the referral to Chandra which painted her in that same light where she knows her stuff and knows how to use it. This referral came from a renowned and highly respected area attorney who retired and couldn’t take my case. I’m so blessed she pointed me to Chandra and let me tell you why. I came in very upset because my daughter’s health and safety were being jeopardized and I needed to immediately address the issues that occurred that would warrant a change in custody, visitation, and child support. Chandra offered different options to approach my case engaged and eager to fight for my visitation and custody rights for the benefit of my daughter. That’s the thing, you see. She immediately cared. I saw it in her eyes. My daughter came first, no matter what. She communicated clearly and precisely the steps we needed to take. My gut told me I was in good hands. The one thing I had that most don’t do was the fact I came in very prepared and Chandra loved that. I had documents, pictures, and, more importantly, I wrote down everything that happened to my daughter and me during our ordeal with her mother. In addition, I knew what I wanted in the modification to change my current stipulation. As a result, Chandra didn’t have to “build” the case as I already had done most of the leg work. Chandra’s patience and strong command of the process provided me the necessary arena and tools for me to have a strong case. What was really amazing in all this was that Chandra found creative ways to address certain issues to the point it truly saved me money in attorney’s fees because she worked directly with my ex’s attorney to avoid going to court. As a direct result of that, my daughter is living with me, she’s going through reunification counseling with her mother, and she’s in a much better place because of Chandra. By the way, make sure to have a copy of your court documents and a plan of what you want to do so that she can jump right in and fight for you. With all that, I highly recommend Chandra Miller as a family court attorney. You will not find a more professional, trustworthy, hard-working, intelligent, client-devout family attorney. More importantly though is that Chandra Miller is good to the core. She’s definitely someone I would recommend having on your side. She will fight for you.
