I hold Ms.. Miller in the highest regard and recommend her without hesitation as she is a very talented attorney of the highest caliber! Ms. Miller used her knowledge of the law to win and settle my case that had been going on for 9 years, 11 months, and three prior attorneys! The first step she took was to understand my case by writing a brief (which the three prior attorney's had not done) which clarified and highlighted my story. She was patient and explained the law in "layman's" terms to assist me in understanding the challenges, hurdles, and strength of my case. She was respectful of me, the opposing counsel, the Judge, and the rules and order of the courtroom. I appreciated her including, updating me, and checking in with me during the 13 months that she prepared my case for trial. I cannot repeat enough times how strong of a moral compass she demonstrates, her passion and understanding of the law that allowed us to win. I was so confident in Ms.. Miller's legal abilities throughout my case I knew that she would represent me to the nth degree. I finally felt protected and in excellent hands! I want to add that her hourly rate was lower than my prior three attorneys and I wasn't charged for frivolous expenses - I gladly paid her fees as I knew that she was working extremely hard to protect me legally, emotionally, and mentally - a rarity in my experience with attorneys both in m personal and professional life.
