In contacting Brumfield Law Group, I was given sincere inteterest in my case right from the first phone call, unlike 4 previous attorneys I contacted. I was so appreciative of the fact that not only did they set me up with a free 30 minute phone consultation the very next day, but Joe Simpson was so knowledgeable and he listened to my concerns, the facts of my case, and what help I was seeking, and then offered his expert advice. He was genuinely intetested in my case and offered me options in how to proceed with my case. In contacting 4 previous law firms prior to finding Brumfield Law Group, I was so disheartened because I found in each case that I couldn't get past the receptionist interviews to even speak to an attorney. In each and every previous contact with several other law firms, I was put through an initial interview with a recepionist in which every question was soley based on the monetary assets of my case....what were the assets involved in my case, how much the estate was worth, bank account balances, property values, investments, etc. Not one single question about the facts of my case and what help I was seeking. That was not even an interest to them. In each previous dealing with other law firms, money was the driving force. In every previous case I was asked monetary questions only and then be turned away and told, "Sorry, we don't do these kinds of cases." I was never given the opportunity to speak to a lawyer to express what my case was about or what help I was seeking. I honestly wanted to cry and and was about ready to give up. But then everything changed when I found Brumfield Law Group. When I called, the first question I was asked was how they could help.me. I was not put through a monetary interview at all. Just asked how they could help me. I was given a free 30 minute phone consultation with an attorney the very next day! I called my family members in tears because I was so happy. Finally a law firm that cares about how they can help and not one question about assets, property values, bank accounts etc...only how they could help. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Joe Simpson the following day. And it was free! He listened to me the whole time, and then offered courses of action and options on how to proceed. He was a wealth of knowledge and genuinely cared and showed a sincere interest in my case. I was so relieved. This was not anything like the other law firms I contacted whose receptionist doesn't let you past them to even speak to an attorney if they felt their monetary gain was not going to be sufficient. If you want sincere interest in your case and want to speak to someone who truly listens and cares, and someone who is very, very knowledgeable in their field, I would highly recommend Brumfield Law Group.
