I had been searching for a Probate lawyer in Kern County. Previously, I reached out to one lawyer from another law firm and she literally gave me bad vibes like she didn’t want to take my case. Instead she listened to me and never once told me her caseload was heavy and she couldn’t take my case. My name is spelled differently and when I was on the phone with her I stressed to her about the spelling of my name. Of course she ignored it and sent whatever information to the wrong email. I called them and asked had they forgot about me and then they corrected the issue. The next day I get a call from the lawyer saying she couldn’t take my case because she had a heavy workload. I cried so hard because I honestly don’t know what I’m doing and I just needed help. I called the Law offices of Robert H. Brumfield and I was able to schedule a Zoom call within hours. I spoke with Mr. Simpson and he made me like the weight had be lifted off my shoulders. I felt so reassured and there was no BS on his end. This is what professionalism looks like. He broke everything down to me and listened to me. The lawyer from another law office didn’t give me that feeling whatsoever and I should’ve walked away. I’m glad I contacted this office. If you feel lost, unsure and don’t know where to begin, trust me, this is the place to come. 😊
