We started the process with another local attorney. After a frustrating four months of back and forth and poor communication from our previous attorney, I called Neil's office in tears. They got me in to see him the very next morning. He made me laugh, explained everything in a way that I could understand. He walked us through the last steps, and even though it didn't end as we had hoped, he made the process a little less scary and manageable.

Neil and his team were amazing! We called over 12 BK Attorneys in Bakersfield, CA and all said NO we would NOT qualify for BK and they did not want to take on our case. Neil said Yes! and he delivered! We received a discharge and he walked us through the steps to receive it. He was spot on with everything. Great communication from him even on weekends!
