It was exactly 11 months ago today that we hired the individual who would totally change our lives for the better! There are two important things we would like to focus on that are of great importance. I will not go too much into how qualified Neil and his staff are, because that goes without saying. It is truly amazing the amount of knowledge Neil has about this subject of law, which is quite comforting when you are in such a situation. The first attribute I would like to focus on is Neil's availability. I have dealt with many attorneys, and no one is as available as Neil. This aspect is so important, as most likely you are dealing with a stressful situation. I remember emailing Neil a question (or two, or three, or ten, etc...), being quite nervous and so many times I would have an answer within minutes! I literally remember there were situations where the time-stamp on his response was the same time as my email to him!!!!! I always remember how relieved I was when I got a response from him. He would always make the time to talk to me, as we were quite stressed....ok, I was more than my wife, but the point is Neil and his staff were very patient and would always make the time. Another important attribute was discovered when my wife and I were at our court hearing. We saw others going through what we were going through, along with their counsel. We were all in a waiting room prior to going into the hearing room, when Neil entered the building. I can't tell you the amount of respect that we saw from Neil's other clients when he walked in. I can't think of any other way to say this, but we truly felt that Neil was the "Star of the Show." I'm sure the other attorneys do their best, but they are not Neil. If you are contemplating Bankruptcy, please do not think too much. It's a very complicated arena of law. You need someone who will guide you through this and be there for you. Neil is a very straight forward attorney and always tells it like is. With his many years of experience he already knows exactly what to expect and knows the laws inside out.
