Very dependable

Really unprofessional office, they don't have you speak to a lawyer unless you pay money upfront and delegate everything to the dumb assistants. They won't take any case unless it is free money and little effort for them, never go to this office, you are better off representing yourself as they will not move one finger to help you.

They do a really good job making promises in the orientation. Once you sign on the sales pitch presentation by Leslie Johnson is thrown out the window. They will not update you in regards to your case and good luck getting them to return a phone call. If you behave like a normal patient person they will blow you off. Call the receptionist twenty times in a row and they'll finally respond. I highly recommend using a personal ,small, owner operator type of law firm.

Chain & Cohn , Stiles is the Top Law Firm in Kern County as far as my experience with them , I was in an auto accident in 2011 and David Cohn took my case immediately and handled everything for me in the most professional manner , from the Doctor appointments to the court hearings and the depositions Mr. Cohn was great and all the other attorneys and staff in the office made me and my family feel very comfortable every time we interacted , in 2015 Mr. Cohn settled my case for me a week before we were scheduled for trial and we could not be happier .
