What impressed me most and why I recommend Mr. Clark to anyone I know who finds themselves in need of legal representation is simple. When filing suit to recover damages I was aware that the maximum amount of money that I could be awarded in a settlement in a case like mine would be minimal at best and therefore I thought hardly worth the time and effort of the law firm to represent me. I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Clark agreed to help me and though my case was of no significant dollar amount to either myself or the firm, I was provided the same support and representation you would hope to receive in a much larger case which only proves there are attorneys who represent their clients out of principle and not merely for financial gain. If you are looking to hire a Social Security Disability Lawyer, don't stop here keep looking! One of the biggest firms in Bakersfield so I thought they would do a good job, but no! At my hearing my lawyer didn't say a damn word to help me. He just let them say their piece and didn't even explain to me what had just happened....

I was rear ended and seriously injured. My car was totalled, I had to see numerous doctors, and have Physical Therapy for a year. There was documentation, photos, witnesses, and reports showing the extent of my injuries. So I missed a meeting due to being hospitalized for something unrelated and had provided the documentation. Unfortunately, the attorney Matthew Clark, did not care and did not see enough dollar signs, so he filed a motion to no longer be my attorney and represent me. They did not even ask the other side for a settlement offer! This firm is horrible. Don't waste your time with these ambulance chasers. You need to be in a wheelchair or dead for them to care about your case. Seek counsel that is diligent and truly cares about the client.
