We needed nothing short of a miracle for my son, he was facing over 10 years in prison when we came to Mr. Raimondo. Mark told us from the first day that this is going to be very very difficult.....my son already had two strikes and a suspended 7 year prison sentence from an older case with a public defender, then he picked up more felony charges. We listened to all of the advice that Mark gave us though well over a year. He absolutely steered us for that time for another chance for my son...Well Mark was able to get my son one last chance and he did not go to state prison.....His prices are very fair and his staff was very helpful. I got myself into a bad situation, I was looking at prison time and didn't know what to do. I called a few attorneys and got consultations but as soon as they seen and heard that it was a felony their prices doubled. I called Mark's office and got a consultation and immediately felt like Mark was concerned about my case not my bank account. Mark's office staff always greeted me with respect as a person not just a case number. The staff knew my name and always kept up to date. Even after the DA added another felony and raised my bail, Mark fought and got it back to my original bail. Mark didn't waiver but most importantly didn't ask for more money. Mark handled my defense personally and for 18 months fought my case and ultimately got all charges dismissed. Through it all I would call Mark with questions and concerns and he always took the time to answer them on a personal level. I couldn't have chose a better attorney. I had Mark Anthony as my attorney on a previous case. Which was a probation violation, he fought hard to get me the very best deal possible which was 180 days. Unfortunately, I had a mishap & got violated again.
