We went to Mark after one of my siblings got into some trouble , it was getting very serious and was facing some time . From the minute we stepped in to his office his staff was friendly and helpful. It was my first time getting into trouble and i was very nervous and scared about what was going to happen. When i went to go see Mark he made perfect sense of what would happen and made me very calm about everything. He isn’t all about money and was more than willing to work with me to get through my situation. If what you need is a shark Mark is the best shark there is!

I had a family member in need of a good criminal defense lawyer in Bakersfield so I contacted Mark Raimondo based on my own personal knowledge of his expertise in the field. Mark called me right away even though it was a holiday weekend and agreed to meet with me immediately. I escorted my family member and was very impressed with Mark’s insight into the situation and with his honest assessment of what he felt he could do. He immediately took command of the case, filed all the appropriate motions, made sure all appearances were attended and concluded the matter to our satisfaction. He also made sure we were kept apprised of all developments in the case. In short, Mark did an excellent job and even followed up after the case was concluded to let us know that he would keep the case open and seek an expungement once probation was completed. If you are looking for excellent representation from a knowledgeable and caring attorney, Mark is your man. I highly recommend him.

I have to say Marc is a great lawyer he faught for me to not go to prison. Went to county and probation. I’ll take that any day instead of prison. Reasonable prices and very professional. Definitely keeping his number saved
